Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all of the information it holds at any time, in either of two ways.

In the app

Open the app, go to the Account tab, and choose the option to delete your account. Follow the prompt to confirm.

By email

Email privacy@thehoffmancycle.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject line “Delete my account.” You do not need the app installed. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on the request.

What is deleted

We disconnect any service you connected, such as Withings, and stop reading data from Apple Health or Health Connect.
We remove your account and all of its information from our active systems right away. This includes your profile, program details, weigh-ins, connected readings, the days you marked, and the results the app calculated for you.
Copies in backups are removed within 30 days.

What is not affected

Records that contain no information about you, such as aggregate statistics produced before you deleted your account, are not affected.

Deleting some information without closing your account

You can disconnect a service from the Account tab at any time. To have other specific information deleted, email privacy@thehoffmancycle.com.
